Is this a subscription?

Yes — it's a recurring monthly Plan. After your 30-day free trial, you're charged $29.99 on day 30, and then on the same date every month after that, until you cancel. So if your trial ends on the 26th, you're charged on the 26th every month.

What's the 30-day free trial?

You get full Plan benefits — 25% off across the haul (excl. the dog scratch board), Order Insurance, Shipping Protection — for 30 days, free. We don't charge you until day 30. At day 30, the first $29.99 charge goes through unless you've cancelled. Plans have a 48-hour activation window after signup; cancellation opens the moment it ends — well inside your 30 free days.

What does Order Insurance actually cover?

Any order you place while the Plan is active is covered for: (1) lost in transit — full reship at our cost, (2) stolen from your doorstep — full reship at our cost, (3) arrived damaged or broken — instant replacement, no need to ship it back on items under $50, (4) mispicked/missing items — immediate resend of the right item. Email support@wombathaul.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

What does Shipping Protection cover?

If your order misses our quoted delivery window, we refund the original shipping cost (or credit equivalent if shipping was free). If the carrier damages the parcel or loses a part of a multi-item order, we resend at our cost.

Is the Plan really worth it?

Most Aussie stores charge $2.99–$6 per order for shipping protection (Route.com, Seel, etc.). If you place 3+ orders a month, that alone is more than the Plan fee — and the Plan also includes 25% off across the haul (excl. the dog scratch board).

Does the Plan refund my Plan fee if I don't like a product?

No — the Plan fee itself isn't refunded. But the products you buy ARE covered (via Order Insurance for lost/damaged/stolen and 30-day change-of-mind for Plan holders). The Plan keeps running while you keep ordering — cancel any time after the 48-hour activation window, in 2 clicks, if you stop using it.

How do I cancel the Plan?

New plans have a 48-hour activation window while we set them up. After that, it's two clicks online: go to your account page → Manage Plan → Cancel. Or email support@wombathaul.com.au with "Cancel" and your order number. No phone calls, no forms, no retention offers to click through. If you cancel during your free trial, you're not charged. If you cancel later, you keep Plan benefits until the end of your current period.

Can I pause the Plan instead of cancelling?

Yes. You can pause for 30 or 60 days — email support@wombathaul.com.au and we'll arrange it. Your next charge is pushed back by the pause length, benefits stay active.

Does the 25% discount stack with sale prices?

No — the Plan 25% applies to the standard product price and doesn't combine with other codes or the multi-pack deals. It doesn't apply to the dog scratch board. Most product prices are already heavily discounted; your Plan 25% comes off that price.

Will I still get free shipping if I cancel?

Shipping isn't tied to the Plan: orders over $40 ship free and orders under $40 are a flat $8.99, for everyone, Plan or not. Cancelling the Plan just means you lose the 25% discount, Order Insurance, and Shipping Protection.

How do I update my payment method?

Account page → Manage payment method. Update any time, including after a failed payment.

Can non-Plan holders buy Order Insurance for a single order?

Not at this time. Order Insurance and Shipping Protection are Plan benefits only. If you want the cover, start the free 30-day trial at checkout.
