Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where we ship
Australia-wide only (all states and territories). We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: FREE on every order — no minimum
- Wombat Club members: Free shipping is included as part of your membership
We reserve the right to charge shipping on bulky items (flagged clearly on the product page before you add to cart). Most products are free.
Processing time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEDT on a business day — processed and dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEDT, on weekends or public holidays — dispatched the next business day
- Occasional delays can happen during peak periods (Boxing Day week, Black Friday) — we'll email you if yours is affected
Delivery time (from dispatch)
Estimates only — actual delivery depends on Australia Post and the carrier.

Products shipped from our AU warehouse ship fastest. Some long-tail products ship from overseas suppliers and take 7–21 business days — this is flagged on the product page.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking link emailed to you the moment it's dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing the order, check your spam folder, then email us.
Missing or damaged packages
- Package marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 48 hours at support@wombathaul.com.au and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier. Most cases are resolved within 5 business days with either the package being located or a free replacement shipped.
- Package arrived damaged: Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage (including the outer packaging). We'll ship a free replacement or issue a refund.
- Package stuck in transit: If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Double-check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to whatever address you enter. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we'll: - Refund the product cost (not any shipping, where charged), or - Reship to the correct address at your cost
Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed — email us immediately and we'll do what we can.
PO boxes and parcel lockers
- PO boxes: yes, we ship to them
- Parcel lockers: yes, we ship to them
- Restricted delivery addresses (ADFs, some corrections facilities): case by case — email first
