These terms govern your use of wombathaul.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Placing an order

  • You must be 18 or older to place an order
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST where applicable
  • Product images are illustrative; actual packaging and colour may vary slightly
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Afterpay, Zip, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Your order is a binding contract once we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it (pricing error, stockout, suspected fraud) ‚Äî in which case we refund in full.

3. Pricing and availability

  • We try to show accurate stock and prices, but occasionally mistakes happen
  • If we price something wrong and your order is affected, we will contact you before dispatching. You can choose to pay the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Promotional codes and sale prices have their own terms shown at the time of offer

4. Product guarantees

Products are covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. See Returns & Refunds Policy for how we handle returns and refunds.

5. Your account

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for the password and for any activity on your account
  • Tell us immediately at support@wombathaul.com.au if you suspect unauthorised use
  • We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or for reselling in bulk

6. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to: - Use the site for anything illegal - Try to break, hack, overwhelm, or reverse-engineer the site - Scrape data, copy product listings, or clone the site - Impersonate anyone or submit false information - Upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, is defamatory or offensive

We reserve the right to block access if you do.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, design, product photography — is owned by Wombat Haul Pty Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or commercially use it without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is fine.

8. Reviews and user content

If you leave a review or submit content: - You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business - You confirm it is your own content and does not infringe anyone else's rights - We may edit for length, moderate, or remove content that breaks these terms

9. Links to other sites

We may link to third-party sites (for example, payment processors or social media). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

10. Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order - We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss - Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited — including under the Australian Consumer Law

11. Marketing communications

We may send you marketing emails and SMS if you have consented (at checkout, signup, or via the footer form). You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in every email, or reply STOP to any SMS. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, membership reminders) are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order or membership.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when. Material changes will be emailed to customers at least 14 days in advance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
