Wombat Club Plan — Membership Terms

These terms cover the Wombat Club Plan, the paid membership offered at wombathaul.com.au. The Plan is operated by Wombat Haul Pty Ltd, ABN 82 649 424 573. Questions any time: support@wombathaul.com.au.

Price and free trial

  • The Plan costs $29.99 AUD per month after a 30-day free trial.
  • You pay $0 at signup. Your first charge lands on day 30, and that date becomes your monthly billing date.
  • Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Billing

  • Billing is handled by Seal Subscriptions through Shopify's secure checkout.
  • You are billed monthly on your billing date until you cancel.
  • Cancel before your billing date and you won't be charged again; you keep your benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.

What members get

  • Order Insurance & Shipping Protection on every order you place while your membership is active.
  • 25% member discount with code CLUB25. The discount excludes the dog nail scratch board and the Wombat Club Plan itself, and does not stack with multi-pack deals.

These are the only current member benefits. The Plan does not include free shipping — the store's standard shipping rates apply to members and non-members alike.

Cancelling

  • New plans have a 48-hour activation window after signup while we set them up. Cancellation opens the moment it ends — well inside your 30 free days.
  • After the activation window, cancel any time from your account page, or email support@wombathaul.com.au with "cancel" in the subject.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately — there is no lock-in and no minimum term.

Pausing

You can pause your membership for 30 or 60 days — email support@wombathaul.com.au and we'll arrange it. Your next charge is pushed back by the pause length, and your benefits stay active.

Refunds

Refunds of membership fees are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights and remedies the Australian Consumer Law gives you. If you believe you've been billed in error, email support@wombathaul.com.au and we'll sort it out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
